Oh! Bloody Hell

Recently I visited the famous Tiger Balm Gardens (now Haw Par Villa; henceforth referred so) in Singapore. It was different experience and I want to highlight one particular feature of this place. The "Ten courts of Hell" in Buddhism and Chinese mythology. Rather I describe them in words, I am going to post a bunch a pictures I shot at this place.

All the photographs were shot by me on Samsung Galaxy S2 smartphone. Hence the quality of the pictures aren't comparable to a high end camera. Before you further proceed, I need to warn that some of these images are very graphic and might not be a pleasant scene.

The Event

5:00am: The alarm clock went off. I didn't want to get up but I wanted to see the event.

5:05am: I slowly dragged myself off the bed to the shower room. (I am not going to add timeline for the events inside shower room :p)

5:25am: I dressed up quickly, gulped some milk, tied my shoes and was out of the apartment.

Belfast Titanic Festival

I had an opportunity to work in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2007. Belfast which means “mouth of the sandbars” in Irish is the largest city in and also the capital city of Northern Ireland. My stay in Belfast was for a shorter period of time so I didn’t had a chance to explore a lot. Since I travelled alone I could take the excuse of solitary for not exploring, as well. In this blog, The pictures in this blog are few of those which I snapped during my visit to Belfast.
